Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Notice is given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, of Canadian Airlines International Limited's intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the 2nd day of July 2001.
On the 1st day of January 2001, Air Canada and Canadian Airlines International Limited amalgamated.
The amalgamated company, Air Canada, carries on business at Level One, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland, and will continue to do so after the 2nd day of July 2001.
