Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated the 21st day March 2001 against George Lancaster, real estate agent, of 6 Stokes Road, Mt Eden, Auckland, was annulled by order of the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of April 2001.
The order of adjudication dated the 15th day of May 2000 against Wendy Patricia Simpkin, sawmill proprietor, of
1 Saunders Place, Te Puke, was annulled by order of the High Court at Tauranga on the 9th day of April 2001.
The order of adjudication dated the 15th day of May 2000 against Kim Brian Weston, sawmill proprietor, of
