Take notice that on the 8th day of December 2000, an application for putting Canterbury Independent Breweries Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 12th day of February 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Chief Executive of New Zealand Customs Service, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Raymond Donnelly & Co, Barristers and Solicitors, Level Five, Amuri Courts, 293 Durham Street (P.O. Box 533), Christchurch.
