Take notice that on the 25th day of January 2001, an application for putting Cuba Punjab Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 26th day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Zip Plumbing Hutt Valley Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Thomas Dewar Sziranyi Druce, Solicitors, Second Floor, 1 Margaret Street (P.O. Box 31-240), Lower Hutt.
