Take notice that on the 7th day of June 2001, an application for putting Open Fields Company Limited (formerly called Wickham Developments Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 21st day of January 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
