Take notice that on the 2nd day of November 2001, an application for putting Henderson Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 17th day of December 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Patrick Dromgool, whose address for service is the Stephen Brown Law Office, The Hannah Warehouse, 13 Leed Street (P.O. Box 11-586), Wellington.
The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
