Take notice that on the 12th day of November 2001, an application for putting The Half Price Shop Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 17th day of December 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The first plaintiff is Uncle Zitos (being a partnership of Francis John Gargiulo, Mandy Anne Gargiulo and Michael Phillip Edwardes).
The second plaintiff is Moore Wheeler & Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 140 Parkvale Road, Wellington.
The third plaintiff is Aadvark Agencies Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 140 Parkvale Road, Wellington.
