Take notice that on the 21st day of November 2001, an application for putting CRP Industries Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court
at Auckland on Thursday, the 17th day of January 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Tyco Flow Control Pacific Pty Limited, whose address for service is care of the office of
