Take notice that on the 1st day of November 2001, an application to put Surround Soundz Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 109 Cameron Street, Whangarei, and carrying on a business as car audio retailers, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Monday, the 17th day of December 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
