Take notice that on the 31st day of October 2001, an application for putting Litt Transport (1997) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 3rd day of December 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Garty Honiss Limited, chartered accountants of Hamilton, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs O'Sheas, 129 Tristram Street (P.O. Box 460), Hamilton.
