Take notice that on the 22nd day of December 2000, an application for putting Bowkett Briquetting Limited
(in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 12th day of February 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is T J Bunting Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Williams & Co, Solicitors, Level Two, 61 Kilmore Street (P.O. Box 4599), Christchurch.
