Take notice that on the 15th day of December 2000, an application to put United Trademarks Limited into liquidation was filed by the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is George Andrew Deeb, whose address for service is at 111C Hurstmere Road (P.O. Box 331-600 or D.X. B.P. 66-073), Takapuna, North Shore.
