Take notice that on the 12th day of October 2001, an application for putting Colour Services Dunedin Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 14th day of November 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Formula Marketing Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, Otago House, 481 Moray Place (Private Bag 1959), Dunedin.
