Take notice that on the 4th day of October 2001, an application for putting Ausplastics (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 19th day of November 2001 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Tainui Corporation Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Minter Ellison
