Take notice that on the 12th day of October 2001, an application for putting Wayby Telecommunications Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 22nd day of November 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Christopher Charles Lawrence, Proceedings Commissioner, whose address for service is Level Four, Tower Centre, corner of Queen and Customs Street, Auckland.
