Take notice that on the 10th day of April 2001, an application for putting City Viaduct Café Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 15th day of November 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Waterfront Retail Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Palmer & Associates Solicitors, 203 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland.
