Take notice that on the 12th day of October 2001, an application to put Hayes of Lorneville Limited into liquidation was filed by the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 5th day of November 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Riccarton Property Investments Limited, whose address for service is care of Purnell Creighton McGowan, 6/217 Gloucester Street, Christchurch.
