Take notice that on the 13th day of September 2001, an application for putting Phoenician Health Spa Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 5th day of November 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Grant Maxwell Petrie and Christine Lois Lyons, whose address for service is at the offices of Stace Hammond, Solicitors, Stace Hammond House, 3 Caro Street, Hamilton.
