Take notice that on the 12th day of October 2000, an application for putting First Light Tours, Taxis, Shuttles, Couriers, Rentals and Lodge Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on the 23rd day of February 2001 at 9.00 a.m.
