Take notice that on the 10th day of November 2000, an application for putting Mobile and Accessories Direct Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 12th day of February 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
