Take notice that on the 6th day of September 2001, an application for putting Emerson Motors Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Tuesday, the 23rd day of October 2001 at 9.30 a.m.

that day.
