Take notice that on the 10th day of September 2001, an application to put D'Costa Autos Limited into liquidation, was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 1st day of November 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Waitemata Panelbeaters (1998) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Vlatkovich
& McGowan, 389 Dominion Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.
