Take notice that on the 7th day of September 2001, an application for putting Andrew Gibson Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on the 24th day of October 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The applicant is Roger Holmes Miller and others (practising as a partnership in the name of Maude & Miller), whose address for service is at the offices of Maude & Miller, Second Floor, McDonald Buildings, Cobham Court (P.O. Box 50-555 or D.X. S.P. 32-505), Porirua City.
