Take notice that on the 5th day of September 2001, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of J W Investments Limited was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
This is an order for putting J W Investments Limited into liquidation.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 8th day of October 2001
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
