Take notice that on the 15th day of December 2000, an application for putting Waterford Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 5th day of March 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Platinum Investments Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Fourteenth Floor, Arthur Andersen Tower, National Bank Centre, 209 Queen Street, Auckland (Counsel Acting: A. W. Johnson).
