Take notice that on the 30th day of August 2001, an application for the winding up of Toyoshu Securities Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on Tuesday, the 23rd day of October 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Colspec Construction Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Brittens, Solicitors, 232 Broadway Avenue (P.O. Box 548), Palmerston North.
