Take notice that on Thursday, the 21st day of June 2001, an application for putting Knight Plumbing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Blenheim.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Blenheim on Friday, the 19th day of October 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The applicant is Nathan Carl Vesty, whose address for service is at the offices of Radich Dwyer Hardy-Jones Clark, Solicitors, 76 High Street, Blenheim.
