Take notice that on the 13th day of October 2000, an application for putting Damacles Holdings Limited (trading as Steve's Photography) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Thursday, the 22nd day of February 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the 19th day of February 2001.
A statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the applicant's address for service.
The applicant is Caltex New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Wynyard Wood, Solicitors, Level Fifteen, WestpacTrust Tower, 120 Albert Street (P.O. Box 6048), Auckland.
