Take notice that on the 31st day of August 2001, an application to put WNC Hospitality Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 11th day of October 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Square Holdings Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Webb Farry, Barristers and Solicitors, 79 Lower Stuart Street (P.O. Box 5541), Dunedin, as agents for Richard Burtt and Andrew Logan, Barristers and Solicitors, Ground Floor, Landsborough House, 287 Durham Street (P.O. Box 3021), Christchurch.
