Take notice that on the 23rd day of August 2001, an application for putting The Living and Giving Gift Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 25th day of October 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fresh Cut Flower Wholesalers Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Stewart Germann Law Office, Ground Floor, 2 Princes Street, Auckland.
