In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between
BP Oil New Zealand Limited, of Wellington-Plaintiff:
And-Places For People Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 11th day of January 2001, an application for putting Places For People Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 26th day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is BP Oil New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Scannell Wrigley
& Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
