Take notice that on Friday, the 15th day of September 2000, an application for putting Zion Homes Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at
Bennett & Partners, Chartered Accountants, 126 Jellicoe Street, Te Puke, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 12th day of February 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Minnell Building Supplies Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Holland Beckett Maltby, Solicitors, 96 Cameron Road (Private Bag), Tauranga.
