Take notice that on the 19th day of December 2000, an application for putting Hill Corporation Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Thursday, the 8th day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is The Napier City Council, whose address for service is at the offices of Willis Toomey Robinson,
116 Vautier Street (Private Bag 6018), Napier.
