into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 14th day of August 2001, an application to put Kings Wharf Holdings Limited into liquidation was filed by the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 17th day of September 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Victor Industries Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-two, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1 (Counsel Acting: N. M. Alley).
