Take notice that on the 1st day of August 2001, an application for putting Rhino Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 17th day of September 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Tranz Rail Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Solicitors, Level One, 107 Customhouse Quay (P.O. Box 2966, D.X. S.P. 22-035), Wellington.
