Take notice that on the 17th day of October 2000, an application for putting Rawal Enterprises Limited (trading as Moon Motors and Tyre Centre) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 8th day of February 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
