Take notice that on the 27th day of November 2000, an application for putting Wilder Auckland Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of February 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are David McFaydn and Duncan Thompson, whose address for service is at the office
of Atmore Law, Solicitors, Level Six, 135 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland.
