Take notice that on the 30th day of July 2001, an application for putting IBC International Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 20th day of September 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are C. T. McCloy and J. A. Waller, as liquidators of the New Zealand assets of Industrial Banking Corporation, whose address for service is at the offices of Grove Darlow & Partners, Solicitors, Level Ten, Tower One, The Shortland Centre, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
