And-Tyre Stop Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 11th day of December 2000, an application for putting Tyre Stop Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 8th day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is South Pacific Tyres N.Z. Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Scannell Wrigley
& Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
