Take notice that on the 13th day of July 2001, an application for putting Sky's The Limit 1998 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 17th day of September 2001 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Civil Aviation Authority of
New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices
of Gibson Sheat, Solicitors, Level One, 107 Customhouse Quay (P.O. Box 2966, D.X. S.P. 22-035), Wellington.
