Take notice that on the 3rd day of October 2000, an application to put Oxford Leases Limited into liquidation was filed by the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, the 2nd day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Chik Yin Ho and Ruby Ray Holdings Limited (as trustees of the Chan Ho Family Trust), whose address for service is care of John Holmes, Solicitor, Sixth Floor, West Plaza, 3 Albert Street, Auckland 1.
