Take notice that on the 2nd day of July 2001, an application for putting Core Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 30th day of August 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is CSR Building Materials (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Craig Griffin
& Lord, Barristers & Solicitors, 187 Mt Eden Road,
Mt Eden, Auckland.
