Take notice that on the 11th day of December 2000, an application for putting CNI Marketing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 12th day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Metal Fab Industries Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Accounts Enforcement Limited, Ground Floor, 31-33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
