Take notice that on the 13th day of June 2001, an application to put Quality Construction Building Services Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 30th day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Steel Logistics Limited (formerly known as Steel Solutions Limited, and also formerly known as Hall Construction Limited) whose address for service is at Simmonds & Ball Limited, 1222 Arawa Street, Rotorua.
