Take notice that on the 29th day of June 2001, an application for putting The Builders Warehouse Kerikeri Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 24th day of September 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Sigma Agencies Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Shieff Angland, Solicitors, Level Three, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland.
