Take notice that on the 19th day of July 2001, an application for putting Sailing NZ Publishing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 6th day of September 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Nicholson Graphics (a division of Blue Star Print Group Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Citylaw, Barristers and Solicitors, Fifth Floor, Albert Street, Auckland.
