Take notice that on the 22nd day of June 2001, an application for putting JBBP Contracting Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Wednesday, the 22nd day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Combined Rural Traders (Otago) Society Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management (NZ) Limited, Sixth Floor, Consultancy House, 7 Bond Street, Dunedin.
