Take notice that on the 6th day of December 2000, an application to put Hero Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of February 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Philip Arthur McGaveston and Janice Ivy Crowe, whose address for service is at the offices of Paul Cheng and Co, Solicitor for the above-named plaintiffs, Level Four, 75 Ghuznee Street, Wellington (Counsel Acting: R. E. C. Coulter).
