Take notice that on the 6th day of December 2000, an application for putting Brougham Farm Limited, having its registered office at 4 Victoria Avenue, Palmerston North, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on the 5th day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Bruce Anthony Stewart, whose address for service is Herrick House, 14 Victoria Avenue, Palmerston North.
