Take notice that on the 19th day of December 2000, an application for putting GF Morgan Limited (trading as Proline Fabrications) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 1st day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Verissimo Engineering Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Short and Co, corner of Wharf and Queen Streets, Warkworth.
Documents for service may be left at that address or posted to P.O. Box 333, Warkworth.
